Lake Powell

When I was a kid my family went to Lake Powell every summer. It was a highlight of our childhood. The Tenney and Gillam families could spend hours telling stories about the adventures of Lake Powell. So I was thrilled when my friend Kristin and her husband Bill invited me, Ryan and Katelyn to Lake Powell for a few days.

I had forgotten how relaxing and just how much fun it is!!!

We played in the water, went for boat rides, and knee boarded for 3 days straight.

Ryan and Katelyn were in heaven.

They are like fish and were able to knee board on their first try.

I even took a turn. Pretty good for an old lady like me.

Kristin's brother Rob and his family came for a few days as well.

The kids played all day long and had the time of their lives.

Thanks Kristin and Bill. We had a BLAST!!!
